Drupal Hosts : Errors found once site is installed
Hostgator web hosting is our best host for drupal . Sign up with our recommended host for drupal here This is a drupal question asked by jesse anger on 03 July 2009 I’m getting these errors in my admin section of drupal that im unsure i can fix. could someone clarify if i can fix these or will my hosting provider have too? First error: HTTP request status Fails Your system or network configuration does not allow Drupal to access web pages, resulting in reduced functionality. This could be due to your webserver configuration or PHP settings, and should be resolved in order to download information about available updates, fetch aggregator feeds, sign in via OpenID, or use other network-dependent services. Second error: Unicode library Standard PHP Operations on Unicode strings are emulated on a best-effort basis. Install the PHP mbstring extension for improved Unicode support. More info at this drupal node or sign up with the popular choice for drupal hosting
